Can you fly a drone in Anne Arundel County parks?
Anne Arundel County Parks
The county’s paid regional parks have designated drone flying areas. Stop at the park office for a map of where you can fly. No flying near playgrounds or crowds. A 2026 county law (Bill 11-26) also says flying a drone from a county park requires a permit issued by Recreation & Parks. We’re confirming with the department how that permit works, so ask at the park office before you fly.
