Can you fly a drone on the Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail?
Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail
The 19.7-mile Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail runs from Ashland north to the Pennsylvania line and is managed by Gunpowder Falls State Park. Contact the park manager before you fly. The park asks for at least one week’s notice when possible. Park policy doesn’t close any specific areas, but you’re responsible for checking FAA airspace restrictions yourself. Don’t fly over crowded areas or during events. The park counts any business, non-profit, work or paid flight, including selling the footage, as commercial use.
