Can you fly a drone at North Point State Park?
North Point State Park
North Point State Park on the Chesapeake Bay in Baltimore County is managed by Gunpowder Falls State Park and follows its drone rules. Contact the park manager before you fly. The park asks for at least one week’s notice when possible. Park policy doesn’t close any specific areas, but you’re responsible for checking FAA airspace restrictions yourself. Don’t fly over crowded areas or during events. The park counts any business, non-profit, work or paid flight, including selling the footage, as commercial use.
